Planning And Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Department provides services regarding community development. The department reviews and processes applications for site development plans, conditional use permits, plats, and rezoning. The department also presents development proposals before the Planning & Zoning Board. The department implements the goals, objectives, and policies of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
